The Racecap® System is more than just a protective cover; it’s a revolutionary way to safeguard bearings while boosting performance and reliability. Standard dust seals typically create friction, wear down the spacer, and when they wear out, allow water to enter between the seal and bearing, leading to corrosion. The Racecap® System prevents water from pooling by using an integrated component design that dynamically expels water and dirt with the natural rotation of the wheel.

The Racecap® Fastdry patent combined with the Racecap® FLC patent keeps bearings dry, preventing moisture buildup and rapidly expelling liquid and debris. Replacing the dust cover with Racecap® FLC significantly reduces friction, enhancing performance.
Racecap® Beaver
Protect your fork’s tube and hydraulics from impact, mud and water
Under normal conditions, seals on the fork protect its hydraulic and internal mechanics from external elements, but challenging conditions can put these functions at risk. Racecap® Beaver is a two-part system: a patented collar that shields the tube’s edge from impacts and a removable sealing ring that protects the hydraulics from mud and water. When conditions are critical, you can replace the provided sealing ring with the red travel indicator (included on both WP forks since 2019) to act as a mud scraper.

One simple way to improve fork smoothness is by using single-lip rather than double-lip dust seals. Most forks, therefore, use this solution, which requires more frequent maintenance. Racecap FORKS is the ultimate solution, offering the friction level of a single-lip seal with the sealing power of a double-lip. Its patented anchoring system allows for easy deactivation, cleaning, and lubrication, delivering unprecedented performance. Lubrication is released gradually over several hours, offering a superior smoothness to traditional single-lip seals.

An intelligent license plate frame with the E2F recovery system
The Racecap® S-Frame is made from reinforced plastic to ensure durability, stiffness, and lightweight. The integrated E2F® (Easy to Find) system includes a waterproof compartment to hold a locator tag. In case of loss, the tag can be tracked using an associated smartphone app, enabling easy recovery of the plate. An optional stainless-steel mounting kit for racing tail sections is also available.
Also helpful in case of theft
The Racecap S-Frame is useful as a recovery system for case of theft or to find the bike if parked in an unfamiliar location, making it a valuable accessory even for street bikes.

Mousse inserts are the most effective way to prevent puncture-related issues, yet their performance tends to be unstable. Generally, the ideal support phase is a transition between the first (firmer) break-in phase and the third, where support is severely compromised. With Blumousse, the ideal support phase is extended by adding the provided supplementary piece or part of it as needed.
Boost performance while respecting the environment
Blumousse® was designed to enhance three aspects of traditional mousses: durability, adaptability, and environmental impact. The additional mousse piece ensures extended durability and adaptability by repurposing the usable portion of defective casts, reducing waste. Blumousse® ECO, in turn, is entirely created from unused or second category casts and comes as a series of pieces (usually six) that form a complete mousse with an additional piece to maintain the benefits of Blumousse. A perfect synergy of performance and environmental responsibility.
