Racecap Factory was founded in 2007, driven by Alberto Gambarini’s passion for motorsports, particularly enduro.
Through various stages of development, Racecap Factory has become a company that designs, manufactures, and sells motorcycle accessories, often partnering with leading brands in the industry.
Every project begins in the field, with feet on the pegs and hands gripping the handlebars.
When passion meets expertise, research, and the drive to innovate, great things are created.
The Evolution of Racecap®
Racecap® System was our first product, the result of several evolutionary steps. With its three patents, Racecap® System enhances the reliability, performance, and aesthetics of motorcycles, ensuring extended wheel bearing life.
This innovation in wheel bearing protection caught the attention of KTM engineers, who, after rigorous testing, included it in the KTM PowerParts, Husqvarna Accessories, and GasGas Accessories catalogs.
In 2012, we introduced the first mud scraper accessory for enduro and motocross forks, paving the way for similar competing products now on the market.
Today, we offer two solutions for fork protection: Racecap® Beaver, designed specifically for 48mm WP forks, protecting the lower legs and hydraulic system and Racecap® FORKS., a universal 48mm dust seal lip with patented mounting, offering enhanced protection and reduced friction through gradual lubrication release.

In 2024, we expanded our product line with Blumousse® and Blumousse® ECO, high-quality anti-puncture solutions offering riders increased durability and flexibility, with an eco-conscious focus. Continuing our commitment to solving common challenges, we introduced the Racecap® S-Frame, a high-strength license plate holder with a patented E2F® (Easy To Find) tracking system. This innovative product combines plate recovery, theft protection, and safety for enduro riders in a single solution.

Alberto Gambarini: Turning Passion into a Profession
Born in Bologna in the 1970s, Alberto Gambarini moved above the renowned KTM dealership “Collina Motori” in Casalecchio di Reno at age 12, sparking his love for motorcycles and enduro.
“I used to stop and stare in awe at the enduro and motocross bikes in the workshop,” he recalls. “The curiosity I felt then is the same I feel today.”
At 14, he began recreational enduro riding, though the Vespa he inherited from his brother was ill-suited for the terrain, especially on rutted tracks. At 16, he finally began exploring the trails around Bologna in earnest. Since then, his passion has taken him across Italy and the globe.
In 2010, during a children’s party, a conversation with a friend skilled in molds and rubber led him to sketch the first prototype of Racecap™ on a napkin. That moment marked the start of it all.
